Are your products 100% organic skincare?
Yes, all our products are 100% organic, made from natural organicplant-based ingredients like oils, extracts, and minimally processed. Unlike conventional skincare, which may contain synthetic chemicals,fillers, or artificial fragrances. We focus on gentle, cleanformulations that work in harmony with your skin and the environment.
How should I store your products?
To keep your skincare fresh and effective, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always make sure to tightly close the lid on the oil bottles after use. Because we use natural ingredients without synthetic preservatives, our products may have a shorter shelf life. When stored properly, our oils remain fresh for up to 12 months after opening.
Can I combine the products with other skincare products?
Of course! Our clean, gentle formulations are designed to work well alongside other skincare products. Our skincare oils and soaps work wonderfully as a rich, nourishing base for healthy skin. You can continue to apply your existing skincare routine as usual.
Are the products tested on animals?
No. We never test on animals. All our products are tested only on humans, willing participants, under safe and controlled conditions to ensure quality, safety and effectiveness.
What are your thoughts on sustainability?
At L’ARDH, sustainability isn’t just a value, it’s at the heart of everything we do. Every bar of soap and every drop of oil is crafted from plant-based ingredients, sourced responsibly with a deep respect for the earth. We choose minimal, recyclable packaging and our products are handmade and made in small batches to honour both the environment and the ritual of responsible beauty.
What skintype are most suitable for your products?
Our products are carefully formulated to be gentle and effective for all skin types, including sensitive, dry, oily and combination skin.
Each product page clearly states which skin types it is best suited for, along with its specific benefits for both skin and body.
Made with natural, plant-based ingredients, our formulations help nourish, balance and support your skin, without harsh chemicals or unnecessary additives.
How long does shipping take?
We ship our orders via DHL.
Orders placed on business days are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. For Belgium, delivery generally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. For other European countries, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number to monitor your delivery.
As our products are handmade and produced in small batches, dispatch may occasionally take slightly longer. In such cases, you will always be informed by email.
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference (such as scent, texture, or expectations).
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via the contact form on our website and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will then provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within Europe. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the country. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
