2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with L’ARDH via our website or other distance channels. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Contract Formation

An agreement is concluded once we have received your payment. Until payment is received, no order is binding on L’ARDH.

4. Payment

All orders are paid in advance using the payment methods offered at checkout. We may decline an order if payment is not authorized or completed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy (see site). Once an order has been handed to the carrier, transit times and any delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of L’ARDH.

6. Returns & Defects

  • Returns: For reasons of hygiene and health protection, returns are not accepted, except in the case of defective products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Defective items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos. Where verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Use & Liability

Products must be used only as directed. L’ARDH is not liable for improper use of products or for any damage arising from such misuse. To the fullest extent permitted by law, L’ARDH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply where required. Competent courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment of your order applies to that order.
