Returns

1) General

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or change of mind.

  • For reasons of hygiene, returns are only considered for defective or damaged items, or if you received the wrong product.

2) Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please email info@lardhconcept.com immediately (preferably within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

3) Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion and according to applicable law:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

If a physical return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

4) Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are initiated promptly after approval; bank or payment provider processing may take 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or where the issue is confirmed to be our error.

5) Non-Returnable

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

6) Legal

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, note that it may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
