  • Weekends and Dutch public holidays are not business days.

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • Outside EU: Not yet available

Tracking

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • We’re unable to reroute parcels once in transit.

  • If an order is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items
